    1. We’ll process your order and ship it over the next 3-7 business days. Keep in mind that we’re closed on Saturday and Sunday.

    NOTE: If your product was on pre-order, it will ship during the week listed on the website.

    2. Then your order will ship via FedEx Ground, United States Postal Service, UPS or DHL. When your product ships, you’ll receive another email with the tracking information.

    3. If your order includes multiple items, they may arrive in separate packages and at different times.

    4. According to our shipping policy, depending on your country or region, estimated delivery time is between 7 to 12 business days. Please consider any holidays that might impact delivery times. Occasionally there will be 1-2 day delays due to stocking out and/or inclement weather.

    5. Due to pandemic and high demand, order fulfillment is slower than normal, which may cause possible delivery delays of our shipments. Please remember that your order will be charged once it’s delivered.
